The year is 1930, and the vampire underworld is poised to make a move to change human society forever in its favor. The only opposition they face is from the informal organization known as the Jaegers, who have recently followed the high-ranking vampire Kershner across the ocean to Japan where they hope to put a stop to his ambitions once and for all.
