The war against the invading otherworldly creatures known as Disas has been over for 3 years, with victory achieved with the help of allied spirits who granted great magical power to select human girls. Scars remain however, and when a magically-backed terrorist organization begins to move these now veteran magical girls are forced into battle once more.

A graphic action-drama focused on PTSD and torture. It also includes a moderate level of both comic relief and ecchi.

When dark forces threaten the world’s future, the mysterious being known as Boogiepop appears to thwart their plans. But just who, or what, is Boogiepop? And why has Shinyo Academy become such a hotspot for unexplained occurrences?

An initially achronological mystery series featuring occasional bursts of action and frequent philosophical musings. Though it’s a sequel to the previous Boogiepop series it can also be watched as a stand-alone.

Intending to join Ishigami High’s famous Sumo Club as a stepping stone toward becoming the sport’s next grand champion, Hinomaru Ushio instead accidentally arrives at Odachi High. Far from being a famous sumo school Odachi’s club only has a single member… and what’s worse is that their training area has been overrun by delinquents! Unable to just stand by in the face of such a disgrace he decides to both clean the place up and turn this unassuming school into a sumo powerhouse.

A sumo-themed sports shounen with a small amount of comic relief.

3D Kanojo Real Girl

Hikaru Tsutsui has spent much of his life preferring the company of fictional girls to real ones. Accidentally late to school one morning his punishment is to clean the pool with Iroha Igarashi, a beautiful girl with an exceptionally bad reputation among the other students. Yet after spending time with her Hikaru begins to realize that the two of them may have more in common than he first thought.

A romantic comedy with a focus on awkwardness-based humor and frequent dramatic outbursts, drama which becomes less common in the second half.

The prestigious Manaria Academy serves as a neutral ground where members of all three great factions can learn the magical arts. It’s here that Anne, the human princess of Manaria, and Grea, a half-dragon princess, first meet and strike up an unlikely friendship.

An often comedic slice of life series with strong hints of romance and noticeable ecchi elements. While taking place in the same universe, it has no direct connection to either of the previous Shingeki no Bahamut series.

Though president of her school’s science club and a genius inventor besides, Ueno just can’t manage to confess her feelings for her clubmate Tanaka in a normal manner. And it certainly doesn’t help that Tanaka himself is completely blind to her intentions. Yet ironically enough it’s that very obliviousness she finds so attractive in the first place.

An ecchi-centric gag comedy specializing in ignored romantic advances and misinterpreted sexual situations.

A sequel to Toji no Miko featuring chibi artwork and a focus on comedic interactions. Although not plot-driven, having seen that first is advised.

More literal than its name would suggest, the School Life Club’s activities are designed around finding ways to live at school without having to ever leave the building. Why not simply go home? Well, as it happens both the city and school have become the center of a zombie outbreak, indefinitely stranding the four club members at Megurigaoka High.

A mix of schoolgirl club comedy and psychological horror with a few bursts of action.
