Traveling to the secluded staging grounds of a special festival in the hopes of meeting his friend Atsushi Fujii, whom he hasn’t seen in years, Shouma Mihara gets lost and injures himself falling from a cliff. After being found by another attendee and brought to the village hosting the event he’s eventually informed that while Atsushi is not there, it may be possible to meet him later if he helps out with the festival preparations.
A character drama with minor mystery elements and a few action scenes. Though related to the Monster Strike franchise it’s effectively a stand-alone work.
